Interactive Supplier CRM
Supplier information was scattered across spreadsheets, email threads, and individual knowledge. We built a map-based CRM that consolidated everything into a single spatial view. Each pin represents a producer and contains what they sell, quality certifications, contact details, and complete outreach history. Managers now log calls and site visits directly from the field, and the team can search by product, location, or certification to find the right supplier in seconds.
Automated Inventory & Barcoding
To drive down working capital and ensure availability, we built a custom IMS with barcode scanning. Every SKU is tracked from intake to picking, featuring fully automated alerts and reorder triggers.
